My name is Reiss, and I was once exactly where you might be right now. Unsure what to do next, feeling the pressure to go to university, but knowing deep down that the traditional path did not feel right for me.
I chose a different route. Instead of lectures and student debt, I packed a bag and left home. Over the next six years, I lived and worked across Europe, Asia and Australia, taking on seasonal jobs, hospitality roles and leadership positions in completely new environments. I learned how to adapt, communicate, problem-solve and lead, skills no classroom ever taught me.
This is why I built a clear, realistic roadmap for people who don’t want the default path.
